The service is friendly and accommodating, with minor issues like unexpected separate tax charges and closed facilities not being properly communicated during booking. The location is excellent, providing convenient proximity to the Opera, train station, and various points of interest. The dining experience offers delicious dishes with top-quality local produce, albeit at additional cost. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement in communication and amenities.
